File availability guide
File available AMQP message
After restoring a file, an AMQP message is sent to:

With following content:

| checksum | String | No | File checksum |
| available | Boolean | No | File availability |
| expirationDate | Date | Yes | Indicate date when the file will be not available anymore. |
